Booking & Reservations
You can reserve your vehicle effortlessly through our intuitive online booking portal. For a more personal touch or for bespoke travel arrangements, our dedicated concierge team is available 24/7 by phone to assist you.
We understand that plans can change. For your flexibility, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations between 4 and 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Within 4 hours, the full fare is charged as your vehicle and chauffeur have been exclusively committed to you.
Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate changes to your itinerary. Modifications to your pickup time or address are complimentary up to 4 hours before your journey begins. Substantial changes, such as vehicle type, are subject to availability and any fare difference.
You will receive an instant confirmation email summarizing your booking details. For your peace of mind, you will also receive a secondary notification with your chauffeur’s name and contact information shortly before your scheduled pickup time.

Our service includes a professional “meet and greet.” Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall after you exit the baggage claim area, holding a tablet displaying your name for easy identification.
We take the stress out of air travel. Our team actively monitors all incoming flights, automatically adjusting your pickup time to accommodate any delays. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you will receive a full and immediate refund.
Yes. We are pleased to offer an “As-Directed” hourly service designed for this purpose. For the most accurate pricing, please include any additional stops when making your reservation, or simply inform our concierge team when you book.
Every vehicle in our fleet is a sanctuary of comfort. Expect complimentary bottled water, in-vehicle Wi-Fi, and personalized climate control. Should you have any special requests, please let us know during booking, and we will do our utmost to accommodate them.

Without exception. Every chauffeur on our team has undergone extensive training in defensive driving, navigation, customer etiquette, and client discretion. All have passed rigorous background checks to ensure your absolute safety and security.
We welcome your preferences and will always do our best to accommodate requests for a specific vehicle model or a familiar chauffeur, subject to their availability. We recommend booking well in advance for such specific requests.
The safety of our youngest passengers is paramount. We can provide certified child and infant safety seats upon request. Please specify your needs when making your reservation so we can ensure the correct seat is prepared for your journey.
Billing & Payment
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our online payment portal is fully secure and encrypted.
A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. The final and complete charge is processed only after your journey has been successfully completed.
Our fares do not include a gratuity. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients as a way to acknowledge exceptional service from their chauffeur.
