Our Cancellation Grace Periods
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we offer the following transparent grace periods:
Full Refund
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
50% Charge
For cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Full Charge
For cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time, as your vehicle and chauffeur have already been exclusively reserved and dispatched for you.
